Your use
These Terms of Use (“Terms“) govern your access to, and use of, the Apps, Sites, and Services (collectively, “Services“) operated by RewardCoins. If you do not agree with these Terms or our Privacy Policy, you will not be allowed to use RewardCoins. By using the Service and/or clicking or tapping on “Accept”, you signify that you have read and agree to the Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
We may update these terms and privacy policies from time to time, and your continued use signifies that you have read and agree to the changes that we have made. We will do our best to keep you informed about any changes we have made.
Account Requirements and Eligibility
You must be a human to create an account (collectively, “Account“) and be over the age of 13. If you are between the ages of 13 and 17 (or below the age of majority in your jurisdiction), you must have parental or guardian permission to create an Account and use the Services.
You are allowed to create one (1) Account for yourself. There is a limit of 1 account per device. If we find you have created multiple accounts for yourself, all accounts found may be disabled at our sole discretion.
RewardCoins is not directed to children under 13 and is only available for individuals over 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If we become aware a user is under 13, we will promptly remove the user’s information.
Account Security
We offer tools such as two-factor authentication to help you maintain the security of your Account, but the content of your Account and its security is your responsibility. RewardCoins cannot be held liable for any loss or damage from your failure to maintain the security of your Account.
You agree that you will not share any Account information with anyone. You agree to immediately notify RewardCoins if you find any unauthorized access to your Account at support@rewardcoins.com or by using our contact form.
Offers and Coins
On our Apps, Sites, and Services, you may be presented with Tasks, App Downloads, Surveys, and similar offers (collectively, “Offers“), and you may accrue a specified amount of RewardCoins, Reward Coins or Coins (collectively, “Coins“) for completing such Offers, so long as you have completed the Offers without breaching these Terms. Coins are nontransferrable, may not be sold, are not reloadable, have no cash value, and may not be purchased. Coins are not transferable upon death or from any other matters relating to law. If RewardCoins finds that you are breaching these Terms by committing fraud or using a VPN or other anonymizers, your Account may be disabled, and any Coins in your Account will automatically expire, at our sole discretion, without any further compensation to you.
RewardCoins reserves the right to add, modify, or remove Offers at any time.
Rewards
You may use your accrued Coins for gift cards and other rewards made available by RewardCoins (collectively, “Rewards“). These Rewards cannot be resold, exchanged, or returned. All Rewards are final and non-transferable. After accumulating enough Coins, you may submit a Reward Request (collectively, “Reward Request“). Before you submit a Reward Request, make sure the email address on your Account is accurate and ensure the Reward is available in your country. RewardCoins is not responsible for rewards sent to the wrong supplied email address or for Rewards that are stolen, lost, or Rewards that are not available in your country.
RewardCoins has the ability to “approve” or “deny” a Reward Request. We try and review all Reward Requests within one week. You agree that if we find you have gained Coins by automated means, including but not limited to, using bots, anonymizers (such as a VPN or Proxy), multiple accounts, fraudulent referrals, or if we find you have breached these Terms, your Reward Request may be denied and you may not receive your Reward. Additionally, your account may be permanently disabled.
RewardCoins reserves the right to add, modify, or remove Rewards at any time.
Surveys
On our Apps, Sites, or Services, you may see Surveys and Polls that you can complete. These Surveys are supplied either by third-party survey providers or by us. You may not be eligible to complete all shown surveys due to your answers to qualification questions asked by the provider. If our partners (or our) systems find that you are not qualified to complete the survey, you may not receive any Coins. If our survey providers or us find you, including but not limited to, are using tools to automate Survey completions, your account may be disabled, and any remaining Coins will automatically expire.
Tasks and App Downloads
You may be presented with Tasks and App Downloads that allow you to earn additional Coins by completing such Tasks and App Downloads. If our systems or third-party fraud detection software detects that you, including but not limited to, 1) did not complete the Task & App Download, 2) we find you have committed fraud, 3) breached these Terms, or 4) we find you to be using an anonymizer (such as a VPN or Proxy), you may not receive any Coins, your Account may be disabled, and any remaining Coins will automatically expire, at our sole discretion.
Referrals
You may refer your friends and family to the app using your referral code and in return for successful and valid referrals (collectively, “Referrals“) you may receive a specified amount of Coins. Any Referrals that we find to have been received by fraudulent or mass-marketed means may be deemed invalid, and may not receive any Coins from them. Additionally, your account may be disabled, and any future Referrals from your referral code will be invalid.
When you share your referral code, you need to abide by the FTC Rules concerning the Use of Endorsements and Testimonials while advertising your referral code.
RewardCoins reserves the right to change, add, or remove the Referral system at any time.
Email Addresses
You may not use temporary email addresses to create an Account. If you are found to be using a temporary email address, your Account may be disabled, and any remaining Coins will automatically expire.
User Information
While using the Site, App, and the services made available on or through the Web Site and App, you may be asked to provide certain User Information to us. Our Privacy Policy governs this information. Additionally, you acknowledge and agree that you are solely responsible for the accuracy and content of User Information.
Taxes
We are not responsible for your calculations in taxes concerning any Rewards you may receive from your use of our Services.
Inactive Accounts
If you have had no activity on your Account for sixty days (60), or have not signed in to your Account for sixty days (60), your Account may be automatically disabled, and your remaining Coins will automatically expire.
You can request we reactivate your account by contacting us within the Apps, on our Site’s footer, or using our contact form. We may need you to verify you are the owner of your account before reactivation. We may modify our Inactive Accounts policy at any time.
Coin Expiration
Coins earned from our Service that have not been redeemed for sixty days (60) from the time the Coins were added to your Account will automatically expire. You can request your Coins be returned by contacting us within the Apps, on our Site’s footer, or by using our contact form. We may need to verify you are the owner of the account before adding expired coins back to your account. We make no guarantees that we will add any Coins back to your account. We may modify our Coin Expiration policy at any time.
Sweepstakes and Contests
RewardCoins may offer Sweepstakes and Contests on our Apps, Sites, or Services. These Sweepstakes and contests may have other terms and conditions. Additionally, these sweepstakes and contests may not be eligible to all users. If you qualify, you must read and agree to the other terms to participate or enter into the sweepstakes and contests.
Intellectual Property Notice
RewardCoins and our licensors, affiliates, vendors, agents, and/or content providers retain ownership of all intellectual property rights of any kind related to the App, Site, and Service. We reserve all rights that are not expressly granted to you under this Agreement or by law. The App, Site, and Service look and feel is copyright of RewardCoins. All rights reserved. You may not copy, reuse, or duplicate any portion of the App, Site, or Services without express permission from RewardCoins.
Liabilities
RewardCoins and its affiliates are not liable for the conduct or content on the App, Site, or Services and are not responsible for inaccurate information, technical issues, or any injury or damage to a person or person’s property that could be caused through the use of our Services. RewardCoins does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, correct, that the Service will be available at any particular time or location, or that the Service is free from viruses or other harmful components. You assume full responsibility and risk of loss resulting from your use of the Service.
RewardCoins provides the Site, App, and Service “AS IS” without warranty of any kind. You agree to hold harmless RewardCoins affiliates, employees, officers, directors, and licensors from all claims, liabilities, losses, or expenses due to your use of the Service.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify us and hold us harmless from any and all claims, liabilities, expenses, including attorneys’ fees, arising from your use of the Sites, Apps, and Services, including but not limited to any violations of these Terms.
Termination
Upon 30 days notice to you, we may terminate the Services at any time. Within the notice period, we will give you the opportunity to redeem your Coins for any available Rewards. Such termination will be effective after this notice period, and any Coins in your Account will automatically expire.
Any use of bots, anonymizers, or software used to attempt to hack, intercept any information to or from the Services is strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of your account and access to the Services. If we terminate your Account due to violations of these Terms or suspected fraud or abuse, any remaining Coins in your account will automatically expire.
You have the option to delete your own Account by using our account deletion tool in your Account Settings. It is your responsibility to redeem any remaining Coins in your Account prior to your Account deletion, as you will no longer have access to your Account, and any remaining Coins in your account will automatically expire.
Changes
At our sole discretion and in accordance with applicable law, RewardCoins may change or modify these Terms and our Services’ eligibility and rules (including, but not limited to, the right to discontinue or change the Services, the Rewards, the expiration dates of Coins, the inactive account policy) (collectively, “Changes“) at any time. Your continued use of the Services following any such Changes will constitute your acceptance of the Changes.
